How to cancel PRO subscription
Plan cancellation is simple and painless. If you need only a few icons, you can subscribe for one month, download what you need and then unsubscribe. You do not need to keep the subscription while not using our service.
When you cancel your subscription, your PRO access will be valid until the end of the subscription period. Then you will lose access to PRO icons or PRO library features. You can still use downloaded or embedded PRO icons in personal or commercial projects.
The process of pausing a subscription
Step 1: Log in to your Lordicon account
Step 2: Go to your account.
Step 3: Click on the Billing tab.
Step 4: Click "Cancel subscription" to pause a recurring payment.
Step 5: Choose a reason for canceling.
Step 6: Confirm your decision.
Confirmation
Once you have successfully canceled your subscription, you should see the status in the column change to "Canceled". Additionally, we will send you an automatic email to confirm the cancellation.

Where can I find an invoice?
The invoice is sent via email, with a copy in the email body and as a PDF attachment. You can also download an invoice as a PDF directly from the Billing link.
You will be redirected to Paddle's website where you can input your business information such as VAT TAX number or address line & download the invoice.
You can input your business information either during checkout or when generating an invoice from the billing page.
How to delete an account?
To delete your account, navigate to the Account Settings and click on the "Delete" button. You will be prompted to enter your login credentials to verify your account before proceeding with the deletion process.
If you sign up using Google, you will first need to create a password and then follow the account deletion process
How to activate Appsumo/Gumroad license?
Step 1. Find your license code in these places:

your Gumroad profile

the initial purchase email sent after your purchase

license reminder email from Feb 20th, 2021 sent with the Lordicon 2.0 release
The license key should be constructed of 36 letters and numbers combination and should look similar to this: 60CESA7D-8841789F-85E994B3-BBD71CEE
Step 2. Set up an account. Register a new account with your email address and unique password. You can sign-up using Google or Github too.
Step 3. Apply Code. Go to the “License” tab which can be found in the main menu.
