Unsubscribing from PRO

If you need only a few icons, you can subscribe for one month, download what you need and then unsubscribe. You do not need to keep the subscription while not downloading new icons.

When you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to PRO resources until the end of the current subscription period. After that, you will no longer be able to use PRO icons or library features. However, any icons that you have already downloaded or embedded in HTML can still be used for personal or commercial projects even after your subscription has ended.

The process of pausing a subscription

Step 1: Log in to your Lordicon account

Step 2: Go to your account.

Step 3: Click on the Billing tab.

Step 4: Click "Cancel subscription" to pause a recurring payment.

Step 5: Choose a reason for canceling.

Step 6: Confirm your decision.

Confirmation

Once you have successfully canceled your subscription, you should see the status in the column change to "Canceled". Additionally, we will send you an automatic email to confirm the cancellation.
